    I have listed a few anti virus and a few anti spyware programs that are available for download and are completely free: I will not get involved with the rights and wrongs of each package or its effectiveness or indeed “This is best” or “This is crap” statements. Whatever you do, just make sure you have one of each type installed, updated and fully working:

    Anti Virus

    Anti Spyware

    You could try Avast Free or AVG Free…I’ve used them both and they are pretty good at spotting threats. Then there is SuperantiSpyware…that’s really good to have alongside the anti-virus program if you’re visiting dodgy sites!! It’s free as well.

    If your surfing the adult web sites it’s more important to have a good spy-ware program and an anti-virus program. Download spybot S&D and go to lavasoft.com and get the free version of ad-aware run ad-aware every day at the end of the day and spybot once a week keep your anti-virus up to date and your ready to go on the anti-virus I use the grisoft.com avg free and it sorks just fine.
