If you need to update your antivirus and antispyware, select Safe Mode with Networking, otherwise, just select Safe Mode. When Windows boots, run a scan. You need both antivirus and antispyware. If you don't have the latter, you can get a free copy of Windows Defender (made by Microsoft) to get your computer back to normal. Boot into Safe Mode.
