norton, McAfee are not good programs to have, they cause alot of problems and interference on your computer. Try Avast and Ccleaner. Don’t get sucked into those others.

McAfee is not a good protection for your computer get NOD32 or Kaspersky and also get Malwarebytes and do a scan with it.
