    I think the best anti-virus software that i used is AVG free-edition…:))

    Go to for free anti virus programs, avg and avast are both good ones. get the free Ccleaner while your there,great way to keep you PC cleaned of old temp files ect that slow down your pc.

    AVG Free edition is the best anti virus software that is free on the market -

    It will not get rid of spyware and malware though, for that you need to download Spybot Search and Destroy for free -

    The best way to protect your computer is to purchase an Internet Security Suite such as Kaspersky Internet Security.

    I agree that Free-AVG is a good program to use. I use this on several computers and have used it for many years. Never had any problems with that one.
